These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the C(o)lendar application. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Application Information

• App Name: C(o)lendar
• Platforms: iOS, Android, Web
• Purpose: Corporate calendar, leave & remote work management, admin panel (HR / SaaS)

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for professional and corporate use. Users must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

3. Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
• Admin users may invite and manage users within their organization.

4. User Roles

Admin Users

Admins are responsible for managing users, permissions, and lawful processing of employee data within their organization.

Regular Users

Users must use the App in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Upload content that violates privacy or data protection laws
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with the security or performance of the App

6. User Content

• Users may create content such as calendar events, posts, images, and notes ("User Content").
• Users retain ownership of their content.
• Users grant the App a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process content solely for providing the service.

7. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• Certain features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.
• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscription pricing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the relevant app store's policies.
• The App operator does not store payment card information.

8. Suspension and Termination

• The App operator may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, unlawful activity is detected, or required by law.
• Users may delete their accounts at any time through the App.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App, including software, design, and trademarks, belong to the App operator or its licensors.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No guarantee is given that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App operator shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the previous 12 months.

12. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

13. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
